These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to the Website and purchases made through it. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, as displayed on the Website, form part of these Terms.

By accessing the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Website or place an order.

You may place an order only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law. Products must be purchased and used responsibly.

We make reasonable efforts to display product names, ingredients, nutritional information, directions, warnings, images, colours, sizes, pack quantities and availability accurately. Subject to any mandatory consumer-forum jurisdiction and other non-waivable rights available under applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Website. Before commencing court proceedings, the parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through the grievance process below.

Our designated Grievance Officer will acknowledge a consumer complaint within 48 hours of receipt and aim to resolve it within one month, in accordance with applicable Indian ecommerce rules.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. You may not transfer your account or contractual rights without our written consent.
